The Marklin 38200 Diesel locomotive V 200 is a masterpiece of model building and an indispensable piece for every serious collector. This heavy diesel-hydraulic locomotive, in the color purple-red, reflects the innovative design of the German Federal Railroad from the mid-1950s. The sturdy, yet elegant design of the V 200 symbolized a new era in rail transport and has now been beautifully recreated by Märklin.
