The multi-functional locomotives of the 6400 series, in service with DB Schenker Rail Nederland NV, are now offered in double traction in the Märklin 37697 set.

Model:
This set consists of two diesel locomotives, each equipped with a Digital decoder mfx and sound functions. Both locomotives have a regulated high-efficiency propulsion, with 4 axles being driven by means of traction tyres for optimum grip on the rails. The lighting is provided by maintenance-free warm white light-emitting diodes (LEDs), with a three-point headlight that changes with the direction of travel and 2 red tail lights that can be switched both conventionally and digitally. In addition, the double A-signal can be switched on both locomotives. Both locomotives are equipped with Telex couplings and are permanently connected to each other. The length over the buffers is 33 cm for each locomotive.
