Electric locomotive 1619 of Raillogix - Powerful locomotive with a historical signature
Meet the "Elektrolokomotive 1619 der Raillogix," an impressive locomotive with a rich history. This locomotive was designed without air conditioning and equipped with a signal horn box, innovative pantographs and many detailed, separately applied parts, some even manufactured using Ätztechnik technology. In digital mode, you can switch the front and rear lights separately, as well as the lighting in the driver's cab.
Based on the French electric locomotive BB 7200, the NS received the four-axle electric locomotives of the 1600 series. When they were introduced in 1981, they were the most powerful locomotives in the NS-fuhrpark. With a service weight of 83 tons, they delivered 4,540 kW and reached a top speed of 140 km/h.
Raillogix, the logistics service provider, also operates locomotives from the former NS-fuhrpark. The company organises rail transports for various goods, including containers, metals, bulk goods and consumer goods.
